This is the simplest private room in the hostel, and the one that best balances what you pay against what you get: the whole room to yourself, a double bed, your own bathroom with hot water, and a TV.
There are three of them, and no two are alike. Each has its own hand-painted mural on the wall: a hummingbird on a flower, a sparrow among pansies. They are part of the hostel's art project, not a sticker.
They are on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb with your bag. If what you want is a balcony, that is the Deluxe Private Room.
Who it's for
- You are travelling as a couple and want the whole room without overpaying
- You are travelling alone but would rather have your own bathroom
- You arrive tired and do not want to carry your bag up stairs
If you want your own balcony, look at the Deluxe Private Room: for 20,000 pesos more you get it, with the same bed and the same bathroom.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference from the Deluxe Private Room?
- The balcony. Both have a double bed, a private bathroom and a TV; the deluxe adds its own balcony. The Standard is on the ground floor.
- Is the bathroom really private?
- Yes, it is inside the room and shared with nobody. It has hot water.
- Can I choose which of the three?
- Each one has a different mural. Tell us if you liked one in the photos and, if it is free for your dates, we will hold it for you.
- Does it fit three people?
- It is for two, with a double bed. If there are more of you, look at the Family Room, which sleeps four and also has a private bathroom.
- What time can I arrive?
- Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out until 13:00. Reception is open 24 hours, so arriving late is not a problem.
- Can I bring my dog?
- Yes, the hostel is pet-friendly. Let us know when you book so we can plan for it.
